Ingredients
- 40g of porridge oats
- 2 eggs whites
- 100g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
- 55g of frozen Raspberries
- 1 tsp of raw honey
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Method
- In a small saucepan add the oats and water to cover, cook on a gentle heat, stirring all the time until you get your desired consistency.
- Add the egg whites and keep stirring until they are cooked through.
- Pour into a bowl and mix in the yoghurt, berries and honey.
