These terms apply to all services provided by Ace Lifestyle Ltd (company number 10281695, registered in England & Wales) and to your use of this website. By signing up to a programme or using our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide nutrition coaching, personal training, and online programmes (including aceTRANSFORM, aceSTRONG, and 1-2-1 personal training). Specific deliverables and inclusions are set out on the relevant programme page or booking confirmation.

We are qualified nutrition and fitness professionals, not medical doctors. Our programmes and advice are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. You are responsible for deciding whether a programme is appropriate for you, and for seeking medical advice if you're unsure.
Exercise carries inherent risks (including injury). By participating in our programmes you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for your own safety.
We'll do everything we can to help you achieve your goals, but we don't guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on your effort, consistency, starting point, and individual response to training and nutrition.
All programme content, training plans, nutrition plans, videos, and written material remain the property of Ace Lifestyle Ltd. You may use them for your own personal use during and after the programme, but you may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute them.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your programme is limited to the amount you paid us for that programme.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
If you're unhappy with anything we've done, please tell us first so we can put it right. Email info@ace-lifestyle.com with a clear description of the issue and we'll acknowledge it within two working days and aim to resolve it within fourteen working days. If you're still not satisfied after we've responded, you may escalate to a relevant trading standards body or consumer protection authority.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
