2 tablespoons of honey/pure maple syrup/pure date syrup
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
In a magimix (or blender) pulse all the nuts (leave coconut chips) till they are chunky, make sure you do not over mix as you want a good crunch to this granola.
Pour in a bowl, add the coconut and mix in the honey/maple syrup/date syrup and melted coconut oil. Mix till fully coated and then place on your lined baking tray and bake in oven for 12 mins (or until golden brown).
