This recipe is a grain-free granola, it is delicious with greek yoghurt, sprinkled on porridge, on its own as a quick snack or even used as a crumble topping!

Ingredients
- 50g cashew nuts
- 30g walnuts
- 30g macadamia nuts
- 30g pecans
- 50g almonds
- 50g coconut chips
- 15ml melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of honey/pure maple syrup/pure date syrup
Method
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- In a magimix (or blender) pulse all the nuts (leave coconut chips) till they are chunky, make sure you do not over mix as you want a good crunch to this granola.
- Pour in a bowl, add the coconut and mix in the honey/maple syrup/date syrup and melted coconut oil. Mix till fully coated and then place on your lined baking tray and bake in oven for 12 mins (or until golden brown).
- Let cool then pour into a glass jar and enjoy!
