  • A bespoke calorie target and guide – Based on the information that we collect from you, we will provide you with a calorie target, as well as guidance on how to keep track of this number. We will give you tips and advice based on your goals
  • Ongoing support – we will be available to answer any queries that you may have via email (responses provided within 1 working day).

  • Personalised strategy/food plan and 1 face to face meeting to the present the plan and Q&A – we will then design a personalised plan that suits your needs and lifestyle and present it to you during a face-to-face consultation.
  • Daily accountability communication – You will then have access to one of our nutritionists on a daily basis via WhatsApp
  • Weekly skype/facetime sessions – To discuss your week and how you are doing with your new food plan.
