These little balls of energy are delicious and extremely easy to make. These balls freeze really well so keep them in your freezer and pop one in your mouth before a training session! Loved by everyone these will soon become a staple in your house.

Ingredients
- 500g soft dates
- 100g desiccated coconut
- 100g cacao
Method
- Throw the dates, cacao and 75g of coconut into the blender. Mix for 1 minute. Add 1-Â tablespoons of boiling water or melted coconut oil if the mixture is tough.
- Wet hands and roll into small balls of 1-2inches.
- Roll each of these balls in the remaining 25g of coconut and place on baking paper.
- Leave in fridge or freezer to harden for 30 minutes.
