Cacao, Coconut & Date Energy Balls
These little balls of energy are delicious and extremely easy to make. These balls freeze really well so keep them in your freezer and pop one in your mouth before a training session! Loved by everyone these will soon become a staple in your house.

- 500g soft dates
- 100g desiccated coconut
- 100g cacao
- Throw the dates, cacao and 75g of coconut into the blender. Mix for 1 minute. Add 1- tablespoons of boiling water or melted coconut oil if the mixture is tough.
- Wet hands and roll into small balls of 1-2inches.
- Roll each of these balls in the remaining 25g of coconut and place on baking paper.
- Leave in fridge or freezer to harden for 30 minutes.
