I am a young, energetic and enthusiastic trainer dedicated to motivating clients. My mantra is: “you can slow down, but you can’t stop. Ever.”. Health and wellbeing should be at the forefront of your everyday life, so it’s important to keep the physical activities fun, effective and always have a good playlist booming!
I am a qualified and experienced personal trainer, specialised in ante and post-natal exercise as well as injury recovery. I tailor my sessions to individual client needs. I will help you reach your goals, whether that is gaining strength, staying strong through or post-pregnancy or recovering from an injury.
You guessed it, I’m Italian so I’m here to spice up your life! When faced with redundancy, I decided to grab my life by the horns and transform fitness, my passion, into a career. I am a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer and I am currently studying to become an MNU certified nutritionist. I mostly work in the background at ace, so you are likely to get emails and messages from me, but occasionally you might meet me on the gym floor making you break a sweat!
I am passionate about health and fitness and love seeing my clients reach their goals. I have compiled fun and intense, strength building exercise routines that are proven to work. As a qualified level 2 gym instructor, level 3 personal trainer I am excited to help you on your journey. And just so you know, I have a soft spot for new mums looking to lose that baby weight and build a strong core again.
